Applies only to the Zividax mobile application's built-in browser
This section explains how the Zividax mobile application handles websites that are opened through the application's built-in, in-app browser. It is intended to be read together with the main Zividax Privacy Policy and does not replace the privacy policy of any external website that you visit.
The Zividax mobile application includes an in-app browser that allows users to open web links without immediately leaving the Zividax application. The browser is provided for convenience, navigation, link previews, account flows, payment-related web pages, help pages, and other websites that users choose to open from within the app.
Zividax-controlled URLs under zividax.uk are handled as part of the Zividax application experience. Other websites and domains may be opened in the separate in-app browser interface.
When you open a website that is not operated by Zividax, that website may collect, process, store, or share information under its own privacy policy, terms, cookies, security practices, and legal obligations.
Zividax is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, advertisements, cookies, tracking technologies, account systems, payment systems, or data-handling practices of third-party websites merely because those websites are opened through the Zividax in-app browser.
You should review the applicable privacy policy and terms of the external website before submitting sensitive information or completing a transaction.
The in-app browser may use standard web technologies required by websites to function, including cookies, cache, local storage, session storage, JavaScript, and other normal browser mechanisms.
These technologies may be used by the website you visit for purposes such as authentication, remembering preferences, maintaining shopping carts, maintaining sessions, preventing fraud, measuring performance, or providing website features.
Zividax does not represent that every external website will use these technologies in the same way. Their use is controlled by the relevant website and its own policies.
The Zividax application may process the URL and basic navigation information necessary to load, display, secure, and navigate a requested web page inside the in-app browser.
This can include technical information such as the requested web address, loading status, navigation state, browser errors, and security-related events needed to operate the browser.
Zividax does not intentionally use the in-app browser as a system for selling users' web browsing history to advertisers.
Users may choose to enter usernames, passwords, payment details, OTPs, addresses, or other information into an external website opened in the in-app browser.
Such information is submitted to the website that the user is interacting with and is governed by that website's own privacy and security practices. Users should verify the domain name and confirm that the connection uses HTTPS before entering sensitive information.
Zividax does not intentionally sell, publish, or disclose users' external-website passwords, payment credentials, or form submissions simply because those values were entered into a website shown in the in-app browser.
The Zividax application does not request camera, microphone, or storage access merely because the in-app browser is opened.
Where supported by the website and Android, a site may request access to a device capability such as the camera or microphone. The Zividax application requests the corresponding Android permission only when that capability is actually requested by the web content.
If a user denies a requested Android permission, the website feature that requires that permission may not work. The user may be able to try the feature again later and Android may show the permission request again when permitted by the operating system.
Zividax does not force users to grant camera, microphone, or other optional permissions merely to browse ordinary web pages.
External websites may offer downloads, uploads, document selection, image selection, or other file-related functions. Availability of these functions depends on the website and the Android operating system.
Users should only download or upload files from sources they trust. Zividax does not guarantee that files, software, documents, APKs, scripts, or other materials offered by external websites are safe, accurate, lawful, or free from malware.
A user may encounter payment, checkout, wallet, subscription, banking, or financial pages in the in-app browser. Those pages may be operated by Zividax or by an independent third party.
Before completing a sensitive transaction, users should confirm the website domain, HTTPS connection, merchant identity, amount, and payment destination. Third-party payment providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Opening a website in the Zividax in-app browser does not mean that Zividax endorses, verifies, guarantees, or certifies that website.
Users should be cautious of phishing pages, fake login forms, impersonation websites, malware, fraudulent payment pages, misleading advertisements, and links received from unknown users. Zividax may apply technical security controls or block certain unsafe navigation when required by its security systems, but no filtering system can guarantee detection of every harmful site.
An external website displayed in the in-app browser may contain advertisements, analytics services, cookies, tracking technologies, embedded media, or third-party content.
Such third-party processing is controlled by the external website and its service providers. Zividax does not assume responsibility for the privacy practices of those third parties merely because their content is displayed inside the in-app browser.
The Zividax application is designed to preserve the current in-app browsing session while the application is temporarily placed in the Android background, subject to Android memory, process-management, security, and operating-system behavior.
Returning to the Zividax application after temporarily leaving it does not by itself mean that the user has agreed to be redirected to the Zividax home page. The app is designed to restore the relevant page or browsing state when technically possible.
The in-app browser includes a close control that allows users to leave an external website and return to the Zividax application. Closing the browser does not change the privacy policy or terms of the external website and does not automatically delete data stored by that website.
When an external website links back to an approved Zividax URL, the Zividax application may recognize the Zividax domain and return the user to the normal Zividax web experience.
This behavior is intended to make navigation between Zividax pages and the in-app browser predictable and does not mean that Zividax controls the external website's content.
Zividax does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, security, compatibility, uptime, privacy, or performance of third-party websites accessed through the in-app browser. Third-party websites may change, become unavailable, redirect users, display different content, or stop supporting the browser at any time.
Users must not use the Zividax application or its in-app browser to facilitate fraud, phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, illegal activity, copyright infringement, abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Zividax may restrict or block access to websites or navigation patterns that present material security, abuse, legal, or platform-safety risks.
This In-App Browser Policy is an app-specific supplement to the main Zividax Privacy Policy. It applies only to the mobile application's built-in browser functionality.
If another Zividax policy specifically governs a feature, such as Zividax Pay, Wallet, Developer Console, AI services, account security, or another product area, that separate policy continues to apply to that feature.
Zividax may update this app-specific browser section when the in-app browser, Android platform, security controls, supported web features, or legal requirements change. Material changes may be communicated through the application, website, email, or other appropriate notice.
