1. About Zividax

Zividax (Zy Network) is a social and communication platform that may provide features including profiles, posts, comments, messaging, groups, short-form videos (Reels), media sharing, AI-assisted features, and optional developer services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Zividax.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account information.
• You must not create or use an account for another person without authorization.
• If Zividax reasonably determines that an account belongs to a person below the minimum age, the account may be suspended or removed.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must not share authentication credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not impersonate another person, organization, or public figure.
• You must not create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• You must notify Zividax if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. User Content

You may upload or publish content such as text, images, videos, audio, comments, profiles, and other material. You retain your rights in content that you own, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for Zividax to operate the service.

• You must have the necessary rights or permission to upload and share your content.
• You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• You must not upload malware, malicious code, or files intended to damage the service or other users.
• Zividax may remove content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

5. Zividax Reels

Zividax Reels provides short-form video creation, upload, viewing, sharing, and interaction features.

• You are responsible for the videos, audio, images, captions, and other material included in your Reels.
• You must have permission to use music, recordings, footage, images, and other copyrighted material.
• Reels must not contain illegal, dangerous, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited material.
• Zividax may limit distribution, remove, or restrict a Reel when necessary for safety, legal compliance, copyright, or policy enforcement.
• Uploaded media may be stored using Cloudflare R2 infrastructure.

6. Community and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Zividax to:

• Commit or promote illegal activity.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, or intentionally intimidate others.
• Promote scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
• Distribute malware, harmful software, or unauthorized access tools.
• Publish content involving sexual exploitation of minors or any other child sexual abuse material.
• Encourage serious violence or credible threats against people.
• Impersonate people or organizations for deception or fraud.
• Manipulate platform systems, engagement, rankings, or security controls.
• Scrape, copy, or automatically collect data without authorization.
• Use Zividax to violate applicable law or another person's rights.

7. Messaging and Groups

Zividax may provide direct messaging and group communication features. Users are responsible for their own communications and activity. Private messages may use encryption depending on the feature and current implementation.

Zividax may act on reports, security events, abuse signals, or legally valid requests. Nothing in these Terms prevents Zividax from taking reasonable action to protect users, the platform, or comply with law.

8. Cloudflare R2 and Media Storage

Zividax uses Cloudflare R2 for storage of certain uploaded files, including images, videos, audio, profile photos, Reel media, chat attachments, and other platform files.

• Private files may be protected using application authorization and authenticated or signed access.
• Public content may be delivered through URLs or CDN infrastructure when required by the feature.
• Deleting content does not necessarily mean that every temporary backup copy is immediately removed.
• Zividax may retain information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

9. AI Features

Zividax may provide first-party or optional third-party AI features. AI features are activated when you use the relevant feature or explicitly enable an optional provider.

• Do not submit sensitive or confidential information to an AI feature unless you are comfortable with its processing.
• AI-generated results may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on them.
• AI must not be used to facilitate illegal activity, abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
• Third-party AI providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Zividax and its software, branding, logos, interface, platform design, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit Zividax materials without authorization.

13. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on Zividax infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint through our support/contact system. Zividax may remove or restrict access to content after reviewing a valid complaint and may take action against repeat infringement.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Zividax may integrate with or link to third-party services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Zividax is not responsible for the independent operation, content, availability, or policies of third-party services.

15. Notifications and Communications

Zividax may send service-related communications such as security notices, account messages, important policy changes, and support responses. Optional notifications may be controlled through available device or application settings.

16. Privacy

Your use of Zividax is also subject to the Zividax Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, protected, and disclosed.

17. Service Availability

Zividax may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features from time to time for maintenance, security, legal compliance, development, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Zividax may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, Community Guidelines, security requirements, applicable law, or to protect users and the platform.

Users may stop using Zividax and request account deletion through the available support process. Some information may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.

19. Disclaimers

Zividax is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zividax does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free from errors.

User-generated content and AI-generated content may contain mistakes or information that is unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users should independently evaluate important information before relying on it.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zividax and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Zividax, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when features, legal requirements, security practices, or platform operations change. Material changes may be communicated through the application, website, email, or other appropriate notice. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
