🔐 New Security Update: Two-Factor Verification

We've added an extra layer of protection to your Zividax Pay account. From now on, you'll be asked to enter a one-time verification code sent to your email whenever:

You sign in from a new device
You sign in from a new location/IP address
You sign in after logging out (even from a trusted device)

This means that even if someone else gets hold of your password, they can't get into your account without also having access to your email.

What to expect:

Enter your username and password as usual.
If we don't recognize your device or location, we'll email you a 6-digit code.
Enter the code on the login page to complete sign-in (valid for 5 minutes).
Once verified, your device is trusted for future logins — until you log out or 90 days pass.

Also new: a one-time policy acceptance step. On your first visit, you'll be asked to review our policy before logging in — just scroll to the bottom to enable the Accept button.

If you ever receive a verification code you didn't request, don't enter it — change your password immediately and contact support.
